Walking into the Resort was beautiful 😍 Front desk was very nice and informative, told us the events for the night, showed us where Aromas Cafe was (very delicious coffee ☕), the restaurant Bin 189 was also very delicious, staff from Bin 189 was also very nice. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The gym was also our favorite, very clean and the downstairs mirror room was our favorite. They have movie night every night I believe so we watched a movie @8pm it was so fun! The village down the street walking distance was also beautiful. Stater bros and CVS was down the street and convenient. We were there for a wedding and the venue was right down the road walking distance. Would definitely recommend and stay again ✨😄👍🏼

The room, amazing! Location, amazing! Parking, worked great! Restaurant, simply beautiful and food was amazing! Spa facilities, super enjoyed a long steam bath after a day of skiing. Staff, extremely accommodating and friendly - the extra pillows I'd requested were waiting in the room upon arrival. Price, surprisingly affordable. The additional $35 "resort fee" (to pay for pool & spa access) was a surprise, but well worth it for those taking advantage of it. The spa / gym facility is the best I've ever used, and if I felt like parting with $150, I'm sure a 50 minute massage would have been sweet!

We were there on a rainy weekend, so we only saw the inside of the Resort. There are so many windows that bring the outdoors in. So it was lovely. Room window to pool and lake. Dining window to other side of lake. Lobby area beautiful view of lake. Temp outside was 41, but inside it was just right.Easy parking. No stairs from parking to front desk. We could have walked to the Village, but due to the rain we decided to stay in the hotel. Staff was very helpful. Paid for a breakfast and a dinner. Both nicely prepared. Of course, hotel price. But not outrageous. Overall we were glad we stayed there.

Friendliness and the amenities stand above other qualities this resort has to offer and I will definitely add this place on my favorite getaway list. Everything is at walking distance from the resort, from a market, to a bar, boutique, plenty of restaurants to choose from , sweatshops and gift shops. The lake behind the property is private only to guests, allowing at times solitude or an intimate moment lakeside. Ate so much good food at the village but my rib eye steak and Lake Arrowhead Pale Ale at Bin 189 which is within the resort crowned me king for the night.

It was so beautiful and made for the perfect weekend for our family. I'm so glad I splurged on the Suite upgrade. Even our toddler was impressed with the size of the bathroom! The amenities were AMAZING! I worked out a couple of times in the amazing gym. I wish our stay was longer so I had more time to enjoy the amenities. The location made shopping and dining very convenient. However, we enjoyed the Mother's Day brunch at the restaurant on site and it was one of the best meals I've ever had!
